
I’d also appreciate the ability to grab some of the rich information out there in other maps and convert it to the iMindMap form I generally far prefer. If this works well it will mean easier communication between colleagues and companies which use different mind mapping solutions.

Imindq import export software#
We will have to see just how easy it is to import maps from other software (and what they will end up looking like), and whether you can also export iMindMaps too. This is quite a biggie, and I first talked about it rather excitedly way back in Sneak Peek article No.2 which was mainly about the new Biggerplate mind map library integration. Like maps made with MindManager or XMind for example. Here are a few more glimpses into what’s coming up in version 10 of iMindMap, although they aren’t major enough to merit an official iMindMap video just yet…īy ‘foreign’ map imports, we’re talking about the unexpected ability to open mind maps from other mind mapping software applications, in fact.
